Louis "Chippy" Parise became the sole owner of the business in 1980 after the death of his father. He graduated from Simmons School of Mortuary Science in Syracuse, New York, on March 18, 1966. He is a licensed funeral director in both Pennsylvania and New York.
Louis is a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Carbondale. He serves on the Board of the Willow View Cemetery Association in Clifford. He is a member of the Carbondale Chapter of UNICO and served as its president from 1975-1976.
He is married to Susan E. Parise and has three sons (Jason, Jeffry, and Jonathan) and seven grandchildren (Isabella, Nicolas, Elise, Nathan, Dylan, Colin, and Charlotte).


Jason, the third generation of the Parise family to become a funeral director, received his Pennsylvania funeral director's license in 1997. He is a graduate of Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and Simmons Institute of Funeral Service in Syracuse, New York.
He is a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and the Carbondale Chapter of UNICO. He also serves on the board of the Willow View Cemetery Association in Clifford.
He holds a Pennsylvania insurance license, which is used for the firm's preplanning/prefunding program. In 2020, he received his New York funeral director's license.
He is married to the former Debbie Yontas, a native of Binghamton, New York. They have two children, Isabella Ann and Nicolas Christopher.


Jeffry received his Pennsylvania funeral director's license in 2002. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and a graduate of Simmons Institute of Funeral Service in Syracuse, New York.
He is a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Carbondale and the Carbondale Chapter of UNICO.
He is married to the former Lynn Krupovich, a native of Clifford Township. He has two stepchildren, Dylan and Colin.


Jonathan graduated in 2005 from Simmons Institute of Funeral Service, Syracuse, New York, where he received the Mu Sigma Alpha Award in recognition of outstanding academic proficiency. He also attended Penn State University's Worthington Scranton Campus. He is married to the former Jade Kellam Mason, who owns the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel in Hancock, NY. They have three children, Elise Gianna, Zoie Lyn and Nathan Jase.


Chris, the third generation of the Wade family to become a funeral director, received his Pennsylvania license in 1995. Like his dad, he is a graduate of the University of Scranton and Simmons Institute of Funeral Service in Syracuse, New York.
Chris currently serves as the funeral supervisor of the business and is also employed as a Social Studies teacher at Forest City Regional High School.
Chris is a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, the National Education Association, and the Pennsylvania State Education Association.
