William Joseph Flora, 70, of Damascus, PA and formerly of New Jersey, died Tuesday afternoon, March 11, 2014 at Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton, PA. Born April 4, 1943 in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of the late Joseph and Theresa Vracalli Flora. William was an Army veteran and worked as a steel worker in the aluminum manufacturing industry. He is survived by two sons: Scott Flora of Damascus, PA and Dean Flora of Bullhead City, AZ. As per his request, he was cremated and no services were held. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
