Virginia Neptune, age 84, of Astoria, NY., died Sunday morning, October 18, 2009 at the home of her granddaughter in Pocono Summit, PA. Born July 4, 1925 in South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Mark and Mimi (Davis) Sharpe. She had been retired from the Queens Public Library's security department.The funeral was held from Joseph Farenga and Sons, Inc. Funeral Home, 38-08 Ditmars Blvd., Astoria, NY., Cremation followed at All Souls Crematory, East Elmhurst, NY.Local arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. Louis C.
