Theresa A. Lloyd, 51, of Carbondale, PA., died Friday night, December 23, 2011 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Wilkes-Barre, PA. Born October 24, 1960 in Scranton, PA., she was the daughter of Lillian Case Phillips of Carbondale, PA. and the late William Kellogg. She is survived by six children: Theresa Ann Lloyd of Peckville, PA., Catherine Lloyd of Rhinebeck, NY., Jason Lloyd, Christina Lloyd and Annette Lloyd all of Carbondale, PA. and Angel Lloyd of Clarks Summit, PA.; three siblings: Lillian Phillips and John Phillips both of Carbondale, PA. and Joseph Phillips of Lake Ariel, PA.; 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son: Joseph (Bobo) Lloyd; two siblings: Carl and Annette Phillips. A memorial service was held Monday, January 2, 2012 at 7:30 PM from the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home Cremation Services, Inc., Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale, with Rev. Art Davis, officiating. Inurnment, Canaan Corners Cemetery, Waymart, PA.
