Born October 2, 1933 in Carbondale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Genevieve Borosky Fendrock. Theresa was raised in Simpson, and graduate from Fell High School. She worked for many years in Carbondale's garment industry having spent most of her time employed by Cassaro Manufacturing. Her family notably loved her fried meatballs, cabbage rolls, and pignolata during the holiday season. Theresa looked forward to her nightly calls with her daughter and grandchildren but especially cherished visits to Cincinnati to be with all of them.

The family extends special thanks to the medical staff at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Dickson City E.R. and I.C.U. as well as, Hospice of the Sacred Heart in Dunmore for their compassionate care and kindness. They would also like to express gratitude to Theresa’s nieces and nephews for their frequent phone calls, especially Mary Helen, Debbie, and J.J. for their weekly visits and check-ins over the past several years. They also want to thank their current and former neighbors who were always there to support them: Pauline and Sister Donna Cerminaro, Bernadette and Billy Lepre, Andy and Dave Cerra, Tony and Chris Russo, Kelly Baldini and Chippy Parise and his sons.
