Thelma Rosemergey, 89, of Scranton, PA, died Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Geisinger Community Medical Center, Scranton, PA. She was preceded in death by her first husband, David Uccellani in 1962 and her second husband, Myron Rosemergey in 1992. Born in Blakely, PA, she was the daughter of the late Morton and Myrtle Johnson Higby. She was a former resident of Archbald and Carbondale and was a member of the Peckville United Methodist Church. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed for 43 years at Miller Casket Company, Jermyn, PA, as a sewing machine operator. She is survived by one son: David Uccellani; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her siblings: Evelyn Berry, Donald Higby and Robert Carl Higby.
