Terrence "Terry" Connor, 63, of Carbondale, PA, died Monday, March 10, 2025 at the Forest City Nursing Home, Forest City, PA, after an extended illness.

Born June 3, 1961 in Carbondale, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph P. and Mary C. O'Byrne Connor.

Terry was a lifelong resident of Carbondale and a graduate of Carbondale Area High School. He was a sports enthusiast and devoted fan of the New York Giants. Terry cherished the time spent with his family and will be fondly remembered for his culinary skills and amazing dishes he prepared.

He is survived by five siblings: Patricia Clark of Carbondale, PA, Joseph Connor and wife, Kathleen of Carbondale, PA, Mary Cox and husband, Richard of Carbondale, PA, Michael Connor and wife, Diane of Fort Mill, SC, and Nancy Earyes and husband, Thomas of Carbondale, PA; ten nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, March15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Rose of Lima Church, 6 N. Church Street, Carbondale, PA, celebrated by Rev. Joseph Mosley, senior priest. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA.

Pallbearers: Richard Cox, Ryan Cox, Jill Earyes, Frank Muraca, Wesley Miley and Connor Miley.

A viewing was held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. at the church.
