Susan H. Harper-Rowan, 55, of Carbondale, PA, died Monday, July 5, 2021 at home. Born November 23, 1965 in Rochester, NY, she was the daughter of the late Barbara Gordon. Susan was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and a friend to all. She had a heart of gold. She is survived her husband, Richard C. Rowan; three children; a grandchild; and two sisters. She was also preceded in death by a sister. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
