Stephen C. Formica, age 81, of Lords Valley, PA, formerly of Lyndhurst, NJ, died Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at the Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale, PA. Born July 15, 1932 in Jersey City, NJ., he was the son of the late Harry and Fannie Vitale Formica. He is survived by his wife, children and grandchildren. The funeral was held Monday, October 7, 2013 from Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Interment, Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst, NJ.
