Sandra E. Farr, 72, of Carbondale, PA, passed on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at home. She was the wife of David L. Farr. They were married August 5, 1988. Born August 5, 1942 in Carbondale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Evelyn Perry. Sandy was a 1960 graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale. She worked at local dress factories, Fleetwood Mobile Homes of Carbondale and also a nurses aide. She enjoyed reading, puzzles and her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren. She also attended the Peckville Assembly of God Church. Sandy will be dearly missed by her chihuahua Mimi. She is survived by five children: Sherry Bahrenburg of Peckville, PA, Sharelda Dietrich of Pittston, PA, Susan Cadora Cook and husband Michael Cook of Clarks Summit, PA, Samuel Cadora, III. and companion Julie of Simpson, PA and Christina Cadora (the Caboose) of Simpson, PA; fourteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren. As per her request, she was cremated and no services were held. Inurnment, Willow View Cemetery, Clifford, PA. Cremation arrangements were under the care of the Carmine J. & Louis C.
