Samuel Pollack, age 50, of Montrose, PA., died late Saturday evening, December 29, 2007 at the Endless Mountains Health Systems, Montrose. Born May 26, 1957 in East Orange, NJ., he is the son of Mary (Maksura) Wallin of Great Bend, PA. the late Solomon Pollack. He was a United States Army Veteran. He is survived by several cousins. He was preceded in death by one brother: Steven Pollack. Cremation took place from Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA. Funeral arrangements were entrusted under the care of the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home Cremation Services, Inc., Farview 41st Streets, Carbondale, PA.
