She is survived by one sister: Samantha Campbell of Jamaica; one brother: Robert Heslop of Carbondale, PA; maternal grandfather: Everton Stork of Jamaica; maternal grandmother: Marcia Smith of Mayfield, PA; paternal grandmother: Delores Suttles of Jermyn, PA; paternal grandfather: Michael Phillips, Jr. of Clifton , NJ; aunts, uncles and cousins.
