Born October 3, 1933 in Carbondale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Carmella Pettinato Luparella. She was also the step daughter of the late Rose Giglotti Luparella.

A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Rose lived a full and joyful life centered on faith, family, and community. Rose was a dedicated member of Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Church in Jermyn, PA, where she sang proudly in the choir and was actively involved in many parish events and functions. Her faith guided her life and shaped her generous, compassionate spirit.

In her leisure time, Rose loved traveling, bowling, listening to music, and taking trips to the casino—but her greatest joy came from spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and four-legged companion, Mia. Her warmth, laughter, and love of family will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her.
