Romayne R. Buck, 93, of Greenfield Township, PA, died Sunday, November, 9, 2025, at home. She was the wife of the late Willard S. Buck, who died April 27, 2021. They were married 70 years before his passing.

Born October 25, 1932 in Scranton, PA, she was the daughter of the late S. Arthur and Olive Wright Wells.

She was a 1950 graduate of Harford High School and enjoyed traveling with her husband Willard. She also enjoyed word puzzles, playing solitaire and was known for her delicious apple pies. She was a member of the Clifford United Methodist Church and its Methodist Women's Society.

She is survived by two sons: David Buck and wife, Sharon of Greenfield Township, PA, and Gary Buck of Scranton, PA; three daughters: Charlotte Mudge and husband, Douglas of Greenfield Township, PA, Shirley Griffiths and husband, Kim of Clifford Township, PA, and Janice Steele and husband, Terry of Greenfield Township, PA; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by two grandchildren: Angela Mudge and Mark Allen Mudge; and one great-grandchild: Justice Mudge.

The funeral was held Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford, PA, with Rev. Patricia Hanley, pastor of the Clifford United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment, Willow View Cemetery, Clifford, PA.

Pallbearers: Brandon Griffiths, Dustin Steele, Matthew Toolan, Patrick Toolan, Tyler Brady and John Torres.

A viewing was held Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations were sent in Romayne's name to the Clifford United Methodist Church.
