Robin A. Piasecki, age 43, of Uniondale, PA. died early Wednesday morning, October 22, 2003 at the VNA Hospice Palliative Care Center of Lackawanna County Inpatient Unit at Marian Community Hospital, Carbondale, PA. Born January 31, 1960 in Harford, PA. She is the daughter of Thomas Barrows and Shirley Barhite-Barrows, both of Carbondale. Robin enjoyed playing board games, collecting bird figurines, watching reality television shows and spending time with family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her including her grandson Zachary. She is survived by two daughters: Holly Polovitch and Kelly Piasecki both of Clifford, PA.; one son: Chris Piasecki of Clarks Summit, PA.; one sister: Sharon Barrows of Clifford, PA. three brothers: Tom Barrows of Clifford, PA., Larry Barrows of Forest City, PA. and Karl Barrows of Hop Bottom, PA.; maternal grandmother: May Barhite of Elk Mountain, PA.; one grandson: Zachary Polovitch of Clifford, PA.; Nieces Nephews A memorial service was held Saturday, October 25, 2003 at 11:00 am in the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home, Dundaff and Main Streets, Clifford, with by Rev. Frank Bissol, pastor of the Elkdale Baptist Church, West Clifford, PA. officiating. Interment, Willow View Cemetery, Clifford. Friends called Friday, October 24, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9. Cremation took place in the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA.
