Raymond L. Loomis, 67, formerly of Binghamton, NY, and a current resident of the Carbondale Nursing Home, Carbondale, PA, died Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore, PA. Born October 11, 1950 in Honesdale, PA, he was the son of the late Leland and Betty Staerker Loomis. He had been a self employed dairy farmer having owned farms in Pleasant Mount, PA, and Moravia, NY. Spring interment will take place at the Welsh Hill Cemetery, Union Dale, PA.
