Peter R. McAfee, Jr. 80, of Hawley, PA, died Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Aventura at Creekside, Carbondale, PA. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Helen Dube.

Born February 19, 1945 in Quantico, VA, he was the son of the late Peter McAfee, Sr. and the late Alice (Lowe) McAfee. Pete was a retired union carpenter and was a Vietnam War combat veteran having served with the U.S. Marine Corp.

He is survived by his son, Derek McAfee of Kentucky.

Pete was laid to rest at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
