Pamela F. Mowers, 59, of Susquehanna, PA, died Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the Barnes-Kasson Hospital, Susquehanna, PA. She was the wife of the late William Mowers. Born October 12, 1958 in Phoenix , AZ, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Bertie Keaton Blevins. She worked as a prep cook for 13 years at Central Foods Broome County. She is survived by several brothers and sisters. Cremation arrangements were under the care of Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Clifford, PA.
