Norman Vincent Engelhardt, 76, of Bethlehem, PA, died Monday, April 17, 2017 at home. His wife the former Mary Gowan Engelhardt died on July 12, 2011.
Born November 13, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Jakober and Candace Apple Engelhardt.
He was a graduate of Essex County College, Newark, NJ., and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a machine and tool designer for F.L. Schmidt Company, Bethlehem, PA.
He is survived by his step son: Willaim "Chip" Shaw of Holly Springs, GA
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Servcies, Inc., Carbondale, PA. Entombment, Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
