Nettie K. Brockway, 79, of Greenbelt, MD, died Monday, July 27, 2015 in Takoma Park, MD. She was the wife of the late Charles E. Brockway, who died in 2007. Born June 12, 1936 in La Plume, PA, she was the daughter of the late Merenas Andrew Miller and Adelia Bayliss Miller. The funeral was held Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Mowatt United Methodist Church, Greenbelt, MD. under the direction of Gasch Funeral Home, Hyattsville, MD. A graveside service followed by interment was held Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the Miller Cemetery, South Abington Township, PA, with Rev. Michael Shambora, pastor of the Peckville United Methodist Church, officiating. Local arrangements were under the direction of the Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
