On April 10th, 2022, our beloved Nancy Teresa Bracken, our Matriarch, joined the skies, welcomed by the warm embraces of her love Pete, her brother Tony, her son Edward Jr, and her grandson Charles, who missed her as dearly as we do now. Born on December 17th, 1936, she loved sewing, crocheting, gardening, baking cookies, and her family. A mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, friend, teacher, comedian, baker, seamstress, and cook; there are not enough words to describe all she has been. She was an amazing woman with a wit that would surprise you, one of the strongest and smartest women we had the honor of knowing. A true patriot, she sent care packages overseas and had a year-round red, white, and blue Christmas tree. Nancy leaves behind an abundance of loved ones, who will carry her memory with them through their lives. She truly touched the hearts of all she met and will be missed deeply, until we all meet again, and Ashley will forever keep you in her pocket. There aren't words strong enough to convey the depth of feeling we share for you. We love you, forever and always.
