Monica James, age 60, of Jackson, PA., passed away unexpectedly Tuesday evening, July 25, 2006 at the Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton, PA. She was the wife of Glenn L. James. Born February 11, 1946 in Yugoslavia, she was the daughter of the late Petko and Ruza (Markovic) Lazarevic. She attended the Jackson Baptist Church. She enjoyed knitting and was a loving person who will be dearly missed by her family. She is survived by one son: Alexander Lazarevic of Yugoslavia; one grandson: Samer Lazarevic; one sister: Ikonija Avramovic of Astoria, NY.; Several Nieces Nephews She was preceded in death by two brothers: Vidoje and Stanimir Lazarevic; one sister: Andja Velikic; one niece: Slobodanka Lazarevic The funeral was held Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 10:00 AM from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home, Dundaff Main Streets, Clifford, PA., with the Rev. John McCarty, pastor of the Clifford Baptist Church, officiating. Interment, Lakeview Cemetery, Jackson. Friends called Friday, July 28, 2006 from 2-4 6-8 PM.
