Maureen F. Wasner, 59, of Carbondale, PA, died Monday, August 20, 2018 at Geisinger Community Medical Center, Scranton, PA, after an illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Wasner on October 31, 2003. Born July 21, 1959 in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Walter J. and Theresa Boylan Scott. She is survived by one brother: Michael Scott; one sister: Karen Marshall; two step children: Kim and Charles Wasner; several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by two sisters: Jean Carotenuto and Elaine Burke. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Edward A. Wade Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
