Maureen Hoehing, 31, of Clifford Township, PA., died Christmas morning, December 25, 2011 at the Marian Community Hospital Emergency Room, Carbondale, PA. Her fianc is Joe DiMento of Clifford Township. Born August 8, 1980 in Philadelphia, PA., she is the daughter of Mary (Bradley) Hoehing of Clifford Township and the late Raymond L. Hoehing, Jr. She was a 1998 graduate of Mountain View High School and also graduated on December 22, 2011 from the McCann School of Business, Dickson City, PA., with a paralegal degree. She worked at PennStar Bank in Dickson City, PA. and Lenox, PA. and also did bookkeeping for Fern Hall Inn, Crystal Lake, PA. She was a loving person who loved her family very much. Her greatest joy in life was her son Jacob. She is survived by one son: Jacob DiMento of Clifford Township, PA.; one brother: Pat Hoehing and wife Kim of Wenonah, NJ.; loving step children, uncles and cousins; her fiance's father: Joseph DiMento of Chesterfield, SC. She was preceded in death by one brother: Raymond C. Hoehing. The funeral was held Friday, December 30, 2011 at 9:30 AM from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford, PA., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Pius X Church, Route 106, Royal, PA., celebrated by Rev. John Poplawski. Interment was held Saturday, December 31, 2011 at 1:00 PM in S.S. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. Pallbearers: Pat Hoehing, Michael Santario, Dennis DiVito, Sean Finnegan, Sean DiMento, Kyle DiMento, John Bradley and Joey Bradley. Friends called Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions were made to the First National Bank, PO Box 150, Clifford, PA 18413, in trust of Jacob DiMento.
