Mary H. Kasarda age 74, of 60 South Main Street, Carbondale died Saturday morning, June 8, 2002 at Marian Community Hospital, Carbondale. Born August 27, 1927 in Forest City, PA. She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Payer) Kasarda. She loved children and animals very much. She enjoyed playing bingo. She is survived by one sister: Elizabeth (Jane) Blozasky of Jim Thorpe, PA.; four brothers: Robert Kasarda of Florida, Edmund Kasarda of Nebraska, Rudolph Kasarda of Scranton, PA., and Steven Kasarda of Carlisle, PA.; Several Nieces Nephews She was preceded in death by one sister: Florence Devitt A Private funeral service and visitation was held Sunday, June 9, 2002 from the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale. Cremation followed at the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald. Interment, St. Anthony's Cemetery, Forest City.
