Mary Jane Pascoe, 75, of Carbondale, PA, passed away Friday, November 25, 2022 at Regional Hospital, Scranton, PA, following a brief illness. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Ronald A. Pascoe. They were married on November 26, 1966.

Born in Carbondale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Reese and Palma Cerra Payne, and was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale. She loved her family and was well loved by her family. She was a good and caring wife, wonderful mother, best friend and confidant. Mary Jane was a home body later in life and there were only rare sightings of the unicorn she was.

The family would like to thank Dr. Neil Davis and staff for their kind and compassionate care.

She is survived by three sons: Ronald Pascoe and wife, Tamara of Jermyn, PA, Jeffery Pascoe and spouse, Timothy Rogers of Charleston, SC and James Pascoe of Breinigsville, PA; four grandchildren: Gina Staback and husband, Ryan, and great-granddaughter: Natalia of Jermyn, PA, Donna Groysman and husband, Gene, and great-grandson: Caleb of Scranton, PA, Jesse Anderline of Jermyn, PA and Austin Anderline of Jermyn, PA; God daughter, Tammy Mazza; and several cousins.

She was also preceded in death by an infant son: Michael.

As per Mary Jane's request, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
