Mary G. Davis, 92, of Smithtown, NY. and formerly of Carbondale, PA., died Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Huntington Hospital, Huntington, NY. She was the wife of the late Eugene P. Davis, who died on December 11, 1988. Born October 19, 1918 in Carbondale, PA., she was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Horan) Mangan. She is survived by four daughters: Elizabeth Walsh of Northport, NY., Marjorie Campos of Mineola, NY., Wendee Santora of Smithtown, NY. and Thomasina Barnych of Smithtown, NY.; one son: Charles Davis of Forest City, PA.; 24 Grandchildren; 24 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son: James Davis. The funeral was held Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 11:00 AM from the Butler-Hughes Funeral Home, Inc., 69 Indian Head Road, Kings Park, NY., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM at St. Joseph's Church, Kings Park. Interment, Canaan Corners Cemetery, Waymart, PA. Friends called Friday, January 21, 2011 from 2-4 7-9 PM at Butler-Hughes Funeral Home, Inc.
