Mark A. Krisler, age 49, of Scranton, PA., died Saturday morning, March 3, 2012 at home. Born September 11, 1962 in Scranton, PA., he was the son of the late Edward and Mary (Nelson) Krisler. He was a graduate of Mid Valley High School and worked at Thompson Consumer Electronics for many years. He also served in the Navy. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He is survived by two sisters: Theresa Slachta and husband Robert of Dunmore, PA. and Joanne Winters of Moscow, PA.; three brothers: Edward Krisler and wife Ruth of Scott Township, PA., Mike Krisler and wife Joanne of Peckville, PA. and Stephen Krisler and wife Sandra of Olyphant, PA.; several nieces and nephews. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
