Marilyn P. Alessi, 87, of Clifford Township, PA, died Wednesday night, November 2, 2016 at home. Born July 21, 1929 in Long Island City, NY, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Monahan Kurth. Prior to her retirement, Marilyn worked for 35 years at Chushman Whitefield Real Estate in New York City. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed. She is survived by one son: Richard Alessi and wife Linda of Clifford Township, PA; four grandchildren: Christopher Alessi, Joshua Spivack, Justin Alessi and Sarah Alessi; two sisters: Dorothy DePiano of Delaware and Laurie Maggio of New Jersey. She was also preceded in death by a brother: Henry Kurth. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Clifford, PA.
