Marie "Terrie" Locker, 63, of Carbondale, PA, died Monday, June 11, 2018 at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore, PA, after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her husband, Paul P. Locker, Jr. They were married on March 18, 1989. Born March 20, 1955 at Fort Campbell, KY, she was the daughter of the late Walter, Sr. and Marie Annette Sexton Wagner. Terrie was a 1973 graduate of Lakeland High School and Empire Beauty School, Scranton, PA. She was formerly employed as a beautician and also owned and operated The Main Stem in Simpson, PA. Terrie was also a retail manager for Catherine's clothing store at their Johnson City, NY and Scranton locations. She also enjoyed being a private duty nanny to many children over the years. She enjoyed arts and crafts, cooking and baking. Terrie loved spending time with family and friends and she adored her grandchildren. She was of the Catholic faith. The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice of the Sacred Heart and Dr. Glen Digwood for their kind and compassionate care during Terrie's illness. She is survived by two sons: John Bilsky and wife Kristen of Pleasant Mount, PA and Paul P. Locker, III., and wife Megan of South Abington Twp., PA; two daughters: Jenn Bilsky of Union Dale, PA and Nicole Locker of South Abington Twp., PA; five grandchildren: Kayla, Derek and Greyson Locker and Bella and John Bilsky; one brother: Michael Wagner and wife Vicki of Greenfield Township, PA; mother-in-law: Marlene Locker of Scranton, PA; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also preceded in death by her father-in-law: Paul P. Locker, Sr., who died hours prior to her passing. The funeral was held Monday, June 18, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. from the Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 89 Farview Street, Carbondale, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church, 6 North Church Street, Carbondale. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township. Pallbearers: John Bilsky, Jenn Bilsky, Paul Locker, III., Nicole Locker, Stephen Locker, William Wagner, Josh Tippett and Cody McPhillips.
