Marcia Jean Nykaza, 69, of Taylor, PA, passed away after a long illness at the Dunmore Health Care on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Jacob (Jake) Nykaza, and her mother, Joan Lozo Rickle. She was born on July 19, 1953 in Glens Falls, NY. Marcia graduated from Suffern High School, Suffern NY, in 1971. She worked at Maid Rite, Dunkin Donuts, Mister Donut and retired from the American Legion Post in Taylor. She enjoyed reading, watching soap operas, going to the casinos in Atlantic City and vacationing in Florida. Marcia is survived by her children, Denise Kinsman (William) of Honesdale, PA, James Atkinson of Indiana, Laura White (Dan) of Tompkinsville, PA, Kristien Atkinson (Scott) of Peckville, PA, Jamie Simpson (Michael) of Georgia. thirteen grandchildren: Serena Kinsman, Tanner Kinsman, Tyler Atkinson, Cody White, Colby White, Jessica Davis, Nico Cruciani, Sophia Cruciani, Tayler Lorber, Zoye Waller, Alexzander Waller, Lucas Waller, Hannah Waller; and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by her father, Donald Rickle of NC, one sister, Debbie Kirk of FL, two brothers, Vincent Rickle of NC, Donald Rickle of VA, and several nieces and nephews.
