Mabel M. "Pudge" Hendricks, 83, of Carbondale, PA, died Sunday, October 24, 2021 at the Carbondale Nursing Center, Carbondale, PA. She was the wife of the late Michael Hendricks. Born April 18, 1938 in Hamburg, NJ, she loved bingo and was a regular at all the local bingo halls. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be fondly remembered for her kind and generous heart. She is survived by four children: Michael Hendricks of Prospect Park, NJ; Robin Doherty of Carbondale, PA, Betty Capozzi of Carbondale, PA and Chris Doherty of Forest City, PA; 27 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by five children: Michele Cruz, Edward Hendricks, Roxanne Sanchez, Sandra Hendricks and Denise Doherty; and a grandson: Dennis Doherty. A viewing was held Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 89 Farview Street, Carbondale, PA.
