Lucretia "Mae" Mansfield, 80, a former resident of New Jersey and Union Dale, PA, died Monday, March 19, 2018 at the Carbondale Nursing and Rehab Center, Carbondale. PA, where she resided for the past 10 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Mansfield. Born December 21, 1937 in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Virginia Coleman Trotter. Mae was a loving mother and sister, who lived a good and clean life and always did the best for her family. In her younger years she enjoyed singing and dancing. She is survived by a daughter: Esther Insetta of Vernon, NJ; a son: Sidney Mansfield; three grandchildren: Anthony Insetta, Allura Insetta and Samuel Mansfield; a brother: Norman Trotter and wife Mary of Union Dale, PA; a sister: Gwendolyn Colluci of Staten Island, NY. As per Mae's request she was cremated and no services were held. Arrangements were entrusted to Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Clifford, PA.
