Linda L. Knell, 71, a resident of the Meadow View Healthcare Center, Montrose, PA, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday morning, July 22, 2020 at Endless Mountains Health System, Montrose. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Henry Knell and her second husband, Jack McKeeby. Born June 17, 1949 in Nanticoke, PA, she was the daughter of the late Gomer Herbert and Mary Wilcox Jones. Linda and her husband, Jack resided for many years at Montrose Square Apartments. She was a deeply religious person who was blessed to have her church family at the Elkdale Baptist Church of West Clifford. She is survived by a brother: Gomer Herbert, Jr.; step children: Rhonda Ralston, Candi Barnard, Bonnie Brigham, Deb Fitch, Larry Welch, Joel Welch and John Welch; several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a sister: Marie Jones; and a step-son: Donny Welch. A memorial service was held Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from the pavilion at the Elkdale Baptist Church of West Clifford, 45 State Route 2014, Clifford Township, PA, officiated by Pastor Frank Bissol. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Clifford, PA.
