Linda D. DeGrandis, age 53, of Kingston, PA., died Wednesday, February 1, 2006 at Heritage House, Wilkes-Barre, PA., after an illness. She was the wife of Walter L. DeBaecke. Born March 29, 1952 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of Benjamin Cuttler of Kingston and the late Jane E. Metzler. She was a former resident of Phildelphia, PA. She was of the Catholic faith and was a former member of St. Joachim's Church, Philadelphia. She was a 1970 graduate of the Frankfort High School in Philadelphia. Prior to her illness she was employed by Curry Donuts, Dallas, PA. She is survived by one son: Ronald DeGrandis of Philadelphia, PA.; one brother: Andrew Lee Cuttler of New Franklin, MO.; one half sister: Eleanore J. Walsh of Limerick, PA.; one Grandson: Ronald DeGrandis of Philadelphia, PA.; Several Nieces Nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother: Robert Wills; and her first husband: Ronald DeGrandis No services were held at the request of the family. Cremation took place from the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA. Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Carbondale, PA., assisted the family with arrangements.
