Lillian M. Taroli, age 85, of 8 Bridge Court, Carbondale, PA., died Monday morning, December 12, 2005 at home. She was preceded in death by her first husband Samuel Cadora, Sr. and her second husband Henry M. Taroli.
Born April 20, 1920 in Carbondale, PA., she was the daughter of the late Frank Sunshine and Mary Rogus Molinaro.
She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Carbondale. She was the former owner of Carlo Cabinet Company and The Pine Antiques in Hawley, PA. She was also employed by Sikorsky Aircraft in Connecticut during World War II as a riviter and volunteered in the USO in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed.
She is survived by two daughters: Mary 'Lil' Hayslett and Henrietta Bartosavage Tomasetti both of Carbondale, PA.; one son: Samuel Cadora, Jr. of Clarks Summit, PA.; four sisters: Theresa Slick of Carbondale, PA., Stella Mickel of Greenfield Twp., PA., Gertrude Turk of Fairfield, CT. and Dolores Kuttrubis of Carbondale, PA.; 12 Grandchildren; 19 Great Grandchildren; Nieces Nephews
She was preceded in death by five sisters: Kathryn Paraschak, Marie Hyde, Helen, Frances and Elizabeth Molinaro; one brother: Constantino Custy Molinaro
A blessing service was held Thursday, December 15, 2005 at 9:30 am from the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Farview 41st Streets, Carbondale, with the Rev. Russell Motsay, pastor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Carbondale, officiating. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA.
Friends called Wednesday, December 14, 2005 from 3-8 PM.
