Lillian Riechers, 83, of Clifford Township, PA., died Monday afternoon, June 13, 2011 at the Forest City Nursing Home, Forest City, PA.. She is survived by her husband, Warren John Riechers. Born in Wilkes Barre, PA., she was the daughter of the late Abraham and Sarah (Follick) Schlom. She was a resident of Susquehanna County for over 20 years and was a member of the Grace Communion International Church of Endicott, NY. She is survived by two sons: James Martin Riechers of Scranton, PA. and Mark Abraham Riechers of Easton, PA.; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son: Charles Warren Riechers; one brother: Melvin; two sisters: Bertha and Hannah. The funeral was held Friday, June 17, 2011 at 12:00 PM from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford, PA., with Pastor Oleh Kubik, officiating. Interment, Fairview Cemetery, Lake Winola, PA. Pallbearers: her husband: Warren Riechers; her sons: James and Mark Riechers; her grandsons: James and Mark Riechers; and Joseph Stanseski. Friends called Thursday, June 16, 2011 from 2-5 PM.
