Lee Ray Wiggins, 62, of the south side of Scranton, PA., died Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Geisinger CMC, Scranton, PA. Born October 20, 1949 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Prior to his retirement he had been employed at the State Capital in Harrisburg, PA. and later as a Pennsylvania State Constable. He is survived by one son: Lee Dion Wiggins, Jr. of Tuscaloosa, AL.; his companion of ten years: Rosemary Clouser of Scranton, PA. Cremation arrangements were conducted by the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
