Louis Densmore Jacobs, Jr., 73, of Montrose, PA., died Wednesday evening, October 16, 2013 at Forest City Nursing Home, Forest City, PA. Born October 28, 1939 in Binghamton, NY., he was the son of the late Rev. Louis Densmore Jacobs, Sr. and the late Marie Mountain Jacobs. He had been an amateur race car driver. He is survived by nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by a sister: Marilyn Villalobos As per his request he was cremated. Interment took place at the Shady Lane Cemetery, Chinchilla, PA. Arrangements were entrusted to the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Clifford, PA.
