Kenneth Wayne Walters, of Lenoxville, PA, died Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at his home after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife, the former June DaVall. They were married on May 7, 1966.
He was the son of the late Marvin and Flossie Oakley Walters. He resided most of his life in Lenoxville, was a member of the Lenoxville United Methodist Church, and a graduate of Mountain View High School. After graduation, he joined his father at Johnson Motor Sales, Inc. In 2005, he turned the business over to his son, Mark and son-in-law, Alan Fortuner Sr., but continued to be involved with the business on a part time basis. As a younger man, he served briefly as Lenox Township constable.
Kenny enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening, maintaining his property, and working on his extensive model railroad train display.
He is survived by his children, daughter: Marnell and husband, Alan Fortuner Sr.; son: Mark and wife, Heather; four grandchildren: Alan Fortuner, Jr., Avery Fortuner, Unique Walters, and Reina Walters; sister: Eleanor Eagen and husband, Frank of Scranton, PA, sister, Shirlee Gable of Nicholson, PA.
He was also preceded in death by a brother: James D. Walters, Montrose, PA.
Services were private.
