Kenneth A. Hoagland, age 89, of Preston Park, PA., died Thursday, January 5, 2012 at the Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale, PA. His was preceded in death by his wife the former Viola Moore. Born June 25, 1922 in Bloomfield, NJ., he earned a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Brooklyn College and was a designer of electrical optical equipment. He is survived by two nephews: Arthur Zeller of Preston Park, PA. and Jack Hoagland of Connecticut He was preceded in death by one brother: John Hoagland As per his request, no services were held. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
