June D. Rogan, age 74, of Honesdale, PA. passed on peacefully early Thursday morning, June 17, 2004 at the Wayne Woodlands Manor, Waymart. Her battle with cancer and her struggle in life after a severe stroke many years ago are now over and she is finally at rest and suffers no more. She is truly in the arms of the angels before our Lord Jesus. She was the wife of the late William Rogan. Born June 20, 1929 in Honesdale, PA. She was the daughter of the late Russell and Louise (Bayly) Perry. She was a waitress and homemaker who loved a well kept home. June enjoyed life to the fullest in her younger years never missing a beat. Although she had a restless spirit and could never settle herself in one place, she did finally settle back in Honesdale where she was born and raised. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale, PA., with the Rev. Barry Jaggars, pastor of the New Life Assembly of God Church, Carbondale, officiating. Inurnment, St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery, Honesdale. Cremation took place at Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA. Friends called Monday morning from 10:00 am until service time.
