June D. Rogan, age 74, of Honesdale, PA. passed on peacefully early Thursday morning, June 17, 2004 at the Wayne Woodlands Manor, Waymart. Her battle with cancer and her struggle in life after a severe stroke many years ago are now over and she is finally at rest and suffers no more. She is truly in the arms of the angels before our Lord Jesus. She was the wife of the late William Rogan.
Born June 20, 1929 in Honesdale, PA. She was the daughter of the late Russell and Louise (Bayly) Perry.
She was a waitress and homemaker who loved a well kept home. June enjoyed life to the fullest in her younger years never missing a beat. Although she had a restless spirit and could never settle herself in one place, she did finally settle back in Honesdale where she was born and raised.

She is survived by one daughter: Patricia Legin of New Jersey; two sons: Daniel Martin of Florida and James Logan of New Jersey; three sisters: Beverly Bunting of Honesdale, PA., Dawn Keiler of Waymart, PA. and Carol Switzer of Orogon; one brother: Russell Perry, Jr. of Arkansas; 9 Grandchidren; 4 Great Grandchildren; Many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends
She was preceded in death by one sister: Vivian Sheehan; one brother: Robert Perry; one nephew: Shawn Sheehan; two nieces: Pamala Scarlata and Cindy Switzer
The funeral was held Monday, June 21, 2004 at 11:00 am in the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale, PA., with the Rev. Barry Jaggars, pastor of the New Life Assembly of God Church, Carbondale, officiating. Inurnment, St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery, Honesdale.
Cremation took place at Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA.
Friends called Monday morning from 10:00 am until service time.
