Julie Ann Henning, 61, of Jermyn, PA, died Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA, after a brief illness.

Born March 4, 1965 in Carbondale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Eileen Frishko Keklak, and was a graduate of Lakeland High School. She will be fondly remembered for her nurturing touch when it came to gardening and her love of animals, especially her beloved puggle, Rosy. Throughout all her struggles in life, Julie's love for her family never wavered and she cherished her daughters and granddaughters.

She is survived by two daughters: Brittany Halstead and husband, Wayne of Carbondale, PA, and Rebecca Henning and fiancé, Richard Smith of Carbondale, PA; three granddaughters: Molly, Nora and Lucy; her former husband: William Henning of Carbondale, PA; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Viewing hours will be held Thursday, July 23, 2026 from 4-7 p.m. at Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 89 Farview Street, Carbondale, PA.
