Judith Zitterman-Vanburen, age 43, of Carbondale, PA. died early Saturday morning, October 23, 2004 at the Moses Taylor Skilled Nursing Facility, Scranton, PA. after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born November 9, 1960 in Carbondale, PA. She is the daughter of Elsie (Bonacci) Zitterman and the late Frank Zitterman. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Carbondale. She was a 1978 graduate of Carbondale Area High School. She was employed as a Senior Advertising Consultant for Shamrock Communications in Scranton for over 12 years. She is survived by one brother: Jerry Zitterman of Mays Landing, NJ.; Several Aunts, Uncles Cousins The funeral took place Tuesday, October 26, 2004 at 9:00 am from the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Church, 15 Fallbrook Street, Carbondale, celebrated by her cousin, Rev. Louis Bonacci, College Misercordia, Dallas, PA. Cremation followed at the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA. Friends called Monday, October 25, 2004 from 5-9 PM. Pallbearers: Edward Zitterman, Rico Galassi, Tom Bonacci, J.J. Skasko, Jim Loftus and Michael Neff. Honary Pallbearers: Employees of Times Shamrock Communications and Oldies 92 and 100.
