Judith C. Kossack, age 60, of 73 Elkview Drive, Forest City, PA. and formerly of East Meadow, Long Island, New York, died Friday morning, February 28, 2003, at the Marian Community Hospital, Carbondale. She was the wife of Richard Kossack. Born January 31, 1943 in Jamaica, New York. She is the daughter of Mary (Jankiewicz) Way and the late Henry Way. She was a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church, East Meadow, New York. She was a graduate of Dominican Commercial Catholic Schools, Jamaica, New York. She had resided in Forest City for the past six years. She is survived by one daughter: Lynne McDevitt of Levittown, NY.; two sons: Richard Kossack and Erick Kossack both of East Meadow, NY.; one sister: Connie McCourt of Copiague, NY.; one brother: John Way of Rockaway, NY.; 5 Grandchildren; Nieces Nephews The funeral was held Wednesday, March 5, 2003, at 10:00 am in St. Raphael Catholic Church, East Meadow, New York. Interment, Rockville Cemetery, Lindbrook, New York. A viewing was held Tuesday, May 4, 2003 from 2-5 7-10 at the Charles J. OShea Funeral Home, 21515 Jerusalem Road, East Meadow, New York. Local funeral arrangements were entrusted into the care of the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Carbondale, Pennsylvania.
