Judith (Judy) Ann Barhight, age 63, of Carbondale, PA., died Thursday night, June 8, 2006 at the Osprey Ridge Health Care Center, Carbondale after an illness. She was the wife of Frank B. Barhight, Jr. who died in 1983. Born February 9, 1943 in Lebanon, PA., she was the daughter of the late Walter and Katherine (Linnen) Campbell. She was formerly employed as a sewing machine operator at Waymart Knitware. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church and the Senior Citizens Center both of Carbondale. She is survived by one son: Frank B. Barhight, III.; one daughter: Katherine and husband Wayne Dietz; four grandchildren: James Barhight, Wayne, Katlyn and Madison Dietz; one sister-in-law: Ruth Daniels all of Carbondale, PA.; and Judys caregiver and Franks girlfriend: Lisa M. Bennett of Harford, PA. She was preceded in death by one brother: John Henry Campbell The funeral was held Monday, June 12, 2006 at 9:00 AM from the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Farview 41st Streets, Carbondale, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Rose of Lima Church, 6 North Church Street, Carbondale, celebrated by the Rev. William D. Campbell, senior priest. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA.
