Joyce Elaine Smith, 79, of Springville, PA, died Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton, PA. Born February 1, 1937 in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of the late George and Jenny Smith Kerchner. She is survived by sons: Thomas A. Smith of Greenlane, PA and Randy D. Smith of Barto, PA.
