Joshua K. Hess, 36, of Carbondale, PA, died Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Geisinger Community Medical Center, Scranton. PA, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on April 5, 2025 on Crystal Lake Road, Fell Township, PA.

Born June 6, 1988 in Carbondale, PA, Josh was employed as an auto mechanic.

He is survived by his father: Lawrence K. White; a brother: Justin Hess; several aunts, uncles, cousins and two nieces.

Josh was preceded in death by his mother: Lisa M. Hess in 2010 and a sister: Danielle Larissa Hess in 2008 both of whom died tragically from motorcycle accidents. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandfather: James Hess; his maternal grandmother: Ann Marie Griffin Hess; and his paternal grandparents: Norman and Nancy White.

Private funeral services will be held followed by interment with his mom and sister at Sandy Banks Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA.
