Josephine Franceski, formerly of West Hartford, CT, dearly beloved wife and best friend of the late Claude S. Franceski, changed her address from earth to heaven on March 23, 2024. God gently reached out His hand and brought Josephine to live with him forever.

Josephine was born in Peckville, PA, and was the daughter of the late John and Anna Gavala Mihalick. She graduated from Greenfield Township High School and was a lifetime member of the Greenfield Township Historical Society.

Josephine is survived by special nieces: Barbara Lentini of West Hartford, CT and Loretta Smith of Newington, CT and several other nieces and nephews whom she adored. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
