Joseph R. Solomon, 74, formerly of Carbondale, PA, died Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore, PA, after an illness. Born February 26, 1947 in Carbondale, PA, he was the son of the late Peter and Anna Morrell Solomon. He is survived by two sons: Christopher Solomon of Eynon, PA and Wayne Solomon of Carbondale, PA; four grandchildren; a sister-in-law: Joyce Solomon; and three nephews. He was also preceded in death by a brother: Peter "Donnie" Solomon. Cremation arrangements by Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
